last night was tuesday, and we all know what that means: FENCING!
started the evening with footwork class. i really do love the footwork, and hanging out with the foil kids is always good times.
overheard conversation with foil kids of love and joy:
foil boy: [to foil girl] do you think i look like prince?
foil girl: who?
foil boy: prince. do you think i look like him?
foil girl: i don't know who prince is.
foil boy: well, i didn't know who he was until someone told me i look like him, so i can't make fun.
meanwhile...
foil grown up: [to me] do you remember morris day and time?
me: *cries* woe, for i am old and full of trivia.
lesson was bloody brilliant, but then they always are. *g*
