january is dead. thank god.

so glad january is over. here's hoping february is less crazy. *crosses fingers, hopes to see own shadow tomorrow*

am installing semagic on work computer in the hopes of increasing my posting frequency, because i know you all want to hear about ME ME ME.

also, if anyone knows how to get a windoze computer (XP) to work w/ an airport express, i'm all ears. my wireless network is currently down at home because i've been trying to figure this out, and in not figuring it out, pulled out the ethernet cable and plugged into my yucky windoze work puter. (the windoze burns us, precious! takes it off us!)

so, how are all of you? :)

As for the networking, I did it with my set up. Just set up a separate profile using AirPort Admin Utility from your Mac. Then once your on your own network, look for the network setup control panel and ugh, ok, I don't have my set up here, but I can walk you through the rest if you get stuck.

Trick is setting up the APE then it should just broadcast it's signal.

Doing good. Did work hunt seminar. St00pid Mac basher was there.

hmm. am at work on yucky work puter at present. will investigate this more when i go home. mac support pages are telling me that i have to set up airport admin utility on my windows machine to get the passwd thingummy. who knows... i may have to do both!

if i run in to problems, i'll ping ya. :)

ew mac basher. just because his OS sucks doesn't mean he has to spread his bitterness to others. :/
