the business trip

to sum up:

me: in atlanta. thirsty as all get out and severely undercaffeinated.
flight: completely uneventful. i slept, for the most part. seeing as i didn't get any sleep last night, this is good.
hotel: staff very friendly. key system has already gone down and internet connection was buggered up at first, but fixed it and is all good.
weather: humid. free high speed internet not easing the pain.
dinner: soon. yum.

no 24-hour room service means enkeli does not get tea before bed. it's certainly not the great northern. ;)

in other news, am watching an "angel" rerun on tnt. (cordelia! your hair is long and beautiful! lorne! you have a club and people sing terribly there! gunn! you are the ruff neck we all miss! wesley! you are the hero we secretly root for!) man, this show used to be so awesome.

saw a brief promo for the "angel" finale tonight. i hope the ending will be good; the show deserves that, at least. i will certainly miss not watching the show alongside notlefthanded tomorrow as i sit in my lonely little hotel room. also, no thai restaurants that i trust in atlanta. NO STICKY RICE FOR THE ENKELI NO. the only consolation: i get to watch on east coast time, whee!

eta: OMG even though room service is closed, the nice lady at the front desk got someone to bring me tea. *squee*
