sauntering vaguely downwards

you know, i am sure all of you enjoy the rose parade and other related new year's festivities, but do you have to drive so slowly when you come to see it in person? do you? i am just trying to get to starbucks, people.

(and don't tell me it's because people aren't familiar with the city or whatevs, because i know every one of those motor homes has a gps in.)
